Schedules

The Schedules option in Versatile Corporate-Wide Access is used to view the records retention schedule for your organization. Schedules cannot be edited on the Web, but users with access rights can add change requests to request additions or updates to the schedule (see Change Requests Overview).

The entire records retention schedule is made up of schedule titles. A schedule title defines a single record or group of similar or related records that have the same retention requirements.

Note: Record titles and schedule titles both identify the types of records maintained in your organization; however, record titles may be considered the “unofficial” notes gathered in interviews, and schedule titles are the “official” titles that will make up your records retention schedule.
