The tabs at the bottom of the Schedule Details page show additional information about the selected schedule title, as described below.
Note: Some or all of these tabs may be hidden for basic users by your System Administrator.
The Citations tab lists any citations that have been linked to the schedule as support for the retention period applied to the schedule title.
The jurisdiction, citation identifier, regulated party, retention period, and description are displayed. If there are any review flags attached to a citation, a red flag is shown in the column to the right of the citation information. If the citation is a driver for the schedule title, it will be notated with a Y in the Driver column.
To view details for a citation in the list, click any field for the citation.
To view any interview data (record titles) that have been linked to a schedule, click the Interview Data tab.
To view details for a record title, click any field of the record title.
To view any review flags for a schedule title, click the Review Flags tab.
Review flags are used to identify pending tasks or reminders defined for the selected schedule title (see View Review Flags).
To view any countries that have been added to a schedule title, along with any exceptions to the retention policy for the schedule and any notes that have been added, click the Countries tab.
To view any change requests that have been added for a schedule title, click the Change Requests Flags tab.
Active change requests indicate there are current modifications under review for the current schedule title. Inactive requests reflect previous changes that were made and provide a history of the activity and authorizations involved. To see the details for a change request, click any field for the request.
To view any Authorizers added for a schedule title, click the Authorizers tab.
Users listed on the authorizers tab were explicitly selected to authorize changes to the selected schedule when change requests are active.
To view any related items added for a schedule title, click the Related Items tab.
Related items are used to identify other schedule titles with a dependency or similarity to the current title.
