If the “Show Only Active Titles” check box on the Schedules page is selected, then inactive schedule titles (for example, schedule titles that are in a “Obsolete,” “Discontinued,” “Pending,” etc. status) are not listed on the Schedules screen .
When this check box is cleared, inactive schedule titles will appear in italics.
When adding, editing, or duplicating a schedule title, schedule statuses are marked with either an “(A)” or an “(I),” depending on whether they are Active or Inactive. All windows involving schedules are also affected by this setting; for example, when the Show Only Active Titles check box is selected:
· Only active statuses appear in “Status” drop-down lists.
· Only active schedule titles are visible, searched, and reported on in all windows, including Schedules, Research, and Change Requests.
