To rearrange the order of columns, select the gear icon () and then select a column in the pop-up menu and use the up and down arrows to change the placement of the column in the search results. Uncheck the box next to a column to hide it, or check a box to show the column in the results. Options include user defined fields. Use the scroll bar in the pop-up menu to view additional columns that may be selected.
You can sort the citations in the search results in descending order by selecting any column header. Select the header again to sort in ascending order. An arrow appears next to the column when it is sorted.
If the number of columns added do not fit in the display, a horizontal scroll bar will appear to allow display of all fields.
