If you have Versatile Retention SaaS or have the Versatile Notification System integrated with Versatile Retention, email notifications relating to the Change Request process may be automatically generated. Users who have been given access to Change Requests in Versatile Corporate-Wide Access can click a link within the generated email to open the associated change request.
